Terry studied opera and voice with Inez Silberg at Oklahoma City University and Dr.
Jan Popper at U.C.L.A.
He made his professional debut as the Messenger in Aida with The Riverside Opera
Association. Unfortunately, shortly after his debut he had to give up his career to
better support his growing family.
After many years, with his wife, Cathy’s encouragement, he returned to the stage.
He has performed most recently the roles of Dr. Bartolo (Marriage of Figaro) at the
Madrid Theater in Los Angeles, Ko-Ko (Mikado) at the California Theater in San
Bernardino, and Judge Turpin (Sweeney Todd) at the old Town Community Theater in
Temecula.
