Bass Hervé Blanquart (Colline) grew up near Amiens in northern
France . Since he moved to Southern California in 1993, Hervé
performed with the Los Angeles Opera, Santa Barbara Opera and
his recent performance as an actor in “Don Quixote” with the San
Diego Opera got great reviews. Hervé is delighted to sing Colline
again, and his other favorite roles include Philip II in Verdi’s Don
Carlo, Don Giovanni, and Sarastro in Mozart’s “the Magic Flute”.
